Chief Justice (CJ) Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday took a notice of murder of 14-year-old girl in Thatta District and sought the report in this regard. According to an announcement of the SHC, a news report flashed in electronic and print media about the protest against the raid conducted by Thatta Police and murder of 14 year old girl, Abida Mallah of Pir Patho Village Near Var City.

The reports reflected that Abida Mullah sustained fatal bullet wounds by police officials while conducting raid. Taking action on the said news, the CJ SHC directed Deputy Inspector General of Police Hyderabad to submit a report within three days about the incident, which claimed life of innocent girl.
